SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order ship? + Printed-On-Demand: Please allow 8-12 business days to receive your print order. Production will begin upon print order confirmation. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking information. + Limited Edition Prints: 1-4 business days for processing and shipping. How much is shipping? + As of July 2025, all print orders include Free Shipping! No promo code is required. Do you offer expedited shipping? + Yes, as of July 2025, Expedited Shipping is a Flat Rate of $9.00. Do you ship internationally? + Unfortunately due to the increase of Tariff fees, we do not ship internationally unless requested. + If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase a print, please know that you will be in charge of all Shipping & Tariff fees. Which mail carriers do you use for shipping? + We ship all packages using USPS or UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Do you ship framed prints? + No. We do not ship prints framed. My package is marked delivered but I have not received it. + If your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. Make sure the address you used for your shipping information was correct. I checked my tracking info and my package has not moved. + If your package has not moved, the mail carrier has not sent out the package yet for delivery. + If it has been more than 7 business days after your order was shipped and your package still has not moved, please contact us immediately.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
What sizes do the prints come in? + Prints are offered in these available sizes: 8.5” X 11, 16” X 20”, 18” X 24”, 24” X 36”, 36” X 48” Can I purchase a print without a white border? + Yes, you can request No white border. + Note: Depending on the print size, some orders may require a white border due to the artworks ratio. What type of paper are prints printed on? + Printed-on-demand Prints are printed on high quality Semi-Gloss Paper + Limited Edition Prints are printed on 14pt. Cardstock Gloss My print does not look like the display. + Colors of the artwork are subject to change during print production.
PACKAGING DETAILS
How are the print orders packaged? + Prints Packaging for sizes 8.5” X 11”: Print is packaged in a Clear Bag and Chipboard to protect the print from any damages and to prevent bending. Shipped and sealed in a Mailer. + Prints Packaging for sizes 16” X 20”, 18” X 24”, 24” X 36”, 36” X 48”: Print is packaged and secured in wrapping paper, then placed in a Poster Mailing Tube.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Do you accept returns? + No, all sales are final. Can I cancel my order? + Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your cancellation. Once an order is placed, it is processed and it cannot be canceled. My package arrived damaged. Can I get a new print? + If your package arrived severely damaged, please contact us immediately. Be sure to photograph all damages. Depending on the damages, we can replace your order.
PROMO CODES & COUPONS
Why is my promo code/coupon not working? + Please make sure the promo code you entered is: A) spelled correctly B) the code is not expired. + If the promo code is both spelled correctly and isn’t expired, please contact us and we will help you.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I handle my print? + I would recommend either wearing gloves or making sure your hands are not oily before touching the print to prevent any fingerprints or smears on the print.
